yeah lost some weight again :o)

even to much .. but the scale shows now 92,9 kg (start weight was 107,5) .. the next days will be filled with the assemble of a new closet in the sleeping room ^^ maybe i will post some pictures from the result ..

i just installed php5 as a cgi module on the server so that i was able to play with an media wiki installation .. btw i still watch joost ;) every time i am on the spinn bike or the crosstrainer ..

oh and my mother has taken some pictures on mallorca .. heres the result :)
